Copper Beeches (Guest House near Petersfield) has two Bed and Breakfast Rooms, one Double ensuite the other is a Family Suite, both rooms are South Facing and on the first floor of Copper Beeches. looking across open fields to the South Downs.

                            The Double Room ensuite is both South and West facing which catches the evening sun, making it a very light room.  The Bed has an 'orthopaedic mattress with memory foam'.  The bathroom, has an electric overhead shower giving guests the choice of having a bath or shower, toilet and wash basin. 

                         The Family Suite has two bedrooms, one double bed with an 'orthopaedic mattress with memory foam'  the other with full size bunk beds (3 ft wide), ideal for the family, indeed it has been known to sleep four adults.  This suite also doubles as a twin room, allowing two (or three) same sex persons to share the large bathroom.  Again the bath has an electric overhead shower unit, toilet and wash basin.  Both these bedrooms face South and the bathroom faces North.

Copper Beeches is   TOURIST BOARD RATED  :  3 STARS    -    So has all that you would expect, including alarm clock/radio, television, tea/coffee making facilities, dressing table/desk, chair and upholstered chair.  Bedside cabinets and hanging space.

 THE DAIRY  (self catering cottage)

                      As you walk into The Dairy at Copper Beeches which is all on one level (ground floor), you will notice the raised ceiling with the orginal exposed beams, the kitchenette area is in one corner of the living room, there is a wood burning stove as well as a large night storage heater.  Two double sofa beds (for extra sleeping capacity) a television/DVD player, a music centre (CD/tape/radio).  The kitchenette is fully equiped with a fridge/freezer, microwave/combination oven/grill, a ceramic hob (four rings), kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glasses, kichen utencils,  etc.  Kitchen table and four chairs.  French doors, lead out to a small patio area, with garden furniture with views over open fields up to the Downs. This is West facing.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, electric alarm/radio etc. and a night storage heater.

The bathroom has an overhead electric shower over the bath as well as a heated towel rail, toilet and wash basin.

Wireless connection for your lap top is available.

THE PARLOUR (self catering cottage)

                   Again, as you walk into The Parlour at Copper Beeches all on one floor (ground level), you will notice the raised ceiling with the oginal exposed beams, the kitchenette area is in one corner of the living room, there are two night storage heaters.  Two double sofa beds (for extra sleeping capacity) a television/video player, a music cente (CD/tape/radio).  The kitchenette is fully equiped with a fridge/freezer, microwave/combination oven/gril, a ceramic hob (four rings), a full size single oven and grill, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glasses, kitchen utencils, etc.  kitchen table and four chairs.  French doors, lead out to a small patio area, with garden furniture with views over open fields up to the Downs.  This is West facing.

The bedroom has two single beds (twin), bedside cabinets, dressing table, electric alarm/radio etc. and a small night sotrage heater.

The bathroom has an overhead electic shower over the bath as well as a toilet and wash basisn and underfloor heating.

Both cottages are suitable for the walking disabled as everthing is on the one ground level with car parking near by.

SELF CATERING Rates: 

£300.00   /  £400.00 per week

Short breaks available (during the high season, this can be negoiated near the time of stay) either B & B or Self Catering

All prices, include bedding, bed linen, towels and electicity.

Dogs are allowed both in the B & B rooms and the Self Catering Cottages, please bring your own covers for the furniture, any damages to be replaced or paid for.

If you wish to reserve a Guest Room or Self Catering Cottage, a non returnable deposit will be asked for (we do not take plastic), cheques payable to: Janet Chew

For the B & B accommodation, the remaining monies will be due on arrival.

For the Self Catering Cottages, the balance will be due four weeks before date of arrival.

July, August, part of September, Christmas and New Year weeks

Mid Season  :

Easter Week to end of June and end of September and October

Low Season  :

November up to Christmas week, January, February and March
